My pleasure – let me know how it goes! Give it about 3 weeks or so to really start feeling the difference in terms of strengthening your lower back :)

What a great excersise. I herniated my disc inbetween L5 and S1 and so some excersise can be really painful. this is such a better way to do crunches for me.

Hi Kelly! Excellent, thanks so much for the feedback. I hope these exercises help to strengthen your back muscles to reduce some of your every day discomfort also. Bring on the abs lol!!

  3. Can you advise how many repetitions would be good to do daily? Thanks

    • Hi Zoe!

To start you can do 12 repetition of exercise one then rest for a minute. Then for exercise two, 10 repetitions for each crossed leg. Repeat that 2 or 3 times depending on your time and energy.

Ideally do this once a day when you wake up and then before bed, that way you will see faster progress.

Please let me know how it goes!

    • Hi Sheri, I just checked and it’s showing up for me and I tested your login. Maybe try logging out then back in again and try using the Google Chrome browser. Please let me know if that works and if not contact me via the Help Desk so we can troubleshoot this!! Bel XO
