    The vids are great Belinda – really informative, clearly presented, easy to follow and understand, good demonstrations to explain the key messages. Great use of the flip chart, good question and answer session – checking that people felt their answers were adequately answered.

    I’m sure people found it really helpful and gave them lots to go away with and start integrating into their training straight away. I think “surprising your body” is a good way to describe how you need to change things up in your programme to get the results.

    In your second vid you say:
    Think smart – train smart.
    Don’t burn your body out. Get the most on your investment of time.

    Maybe some of this could be worked up into some kind of Mantra or message?

      HI Leigh – thank you! Coincidentally I have a plan to start filming some Master Class Coaching Sessions with me coaching one or two girls through various aspects of the workouts and post in ATC – as a way of better sharing the finer details of training with you guys. I’ll be sending out an email about this during the week :)
